Working hand-in-hand with our chefs, the Kitchen Porters team keeps kitchens and equipment spotless, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. About the role
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas
- Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Keeping kitchen floors, surfaces and work areas clean and tidy
- Managing waste and recycling in line with resort procedures
