About the role

The role requires working weekends and night shifts from 11pm – 7:30am.

Responsibilities include:

  • All duties of a bartender and room service attendant
  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
  • Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
  • Confidently talking about menus, offering upsells and enthusiastically engaging guests
  • Taking orders from guests and ensuring their needs are met
  • Processing orders and payments for rooms across the resort
  • Maintaining cleaning and good hygiene practices
