Brabazon Bar
The Brabazon Bar is the vibrant social hub of our resort, where energy,creativity, and connection come together. Salary
The base annual rate for this role is £35,000.00 per annum, plus servicecharge.
About therole:
- Leading theoverall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high-qualityservice, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
- Recruiting,training, and supervising a large team and management whilst providing ongoingtraining and coaching to meet operational goals
- Building aculture of outstanding customer service setting high standards for servicequality and striving to exceed guest expectations
- Take fullaccountability for all financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting,cost control, and maximising profitability
- Implementingstrategies and innovation to improve efficiency and revenue generation
- Collaboratingwith the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences andmarket trends whilst developing the beverage products and offer
- Ensuringcompliance with all health & safety, licensing and other legal requirementsto maintain a safe environment for both guests and customer
- Overseeingstock control, including monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, andmanaging supplier relationships
About you:
- Provenexperience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet
- Strongleadership skills to effectively guide and motivate the team
- Abilityable to think critically, solve problems quickly and act with agility
- Effectiveorganisation and multitasking skills
- Collaborativeand the ability to work well within a team environment
- High levelsof attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food,drink and true hospitality
