The Brabazon Bar is the heart of our resort, serving light dishes and coffees during the morning, afternoon tea, and hand‑crafted cocktails in the evening. It is also home to live music during the weekend.
Salary: The on target earning potential for this role is £12.91 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £13.21. The above rates include additional pay for late night hours, between 12 am – 6 am.
About The Role
- Your duties include all those of a bartender and room service attendant.
- To welcome all guests with a polite and friendly manner.
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
- To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically.
- To take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met.
- To take orders and payments at rooms across the resort.
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role.
About You
- Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort.
- You enjoy engaging in conversation, talking about our products and the resort.
- You are a natural when it comes to selling.
- You are outgoing and enthusiastic.
- You have a can‑do attitude and are proactive.
