Salary

The base hourly rate for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus service charge.

The Meetings & Events Team

The Meetings & Events Team plays a vital role in bringing memorable events to life at The Belfry. From conferences and exhibitions to weddings and gala dinners, this team works behind the scenes to ensure every space is perfectly prepared and ready to exceed guest expectations. Attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in presentation are at the heart of everything they do, helping deliver seamless events in a world-class resort setting.

About the role

This is a night-based role, supporting the resort’s busy meetings and events operation by setting up function rooms ready for the following day. As a Meeting & Events Night Set Up team member, your duties will include:

  • Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to detailed function sheets
  • Resetting and reconfiguring rooms between events where required
  • Working closely with the wider Meetings & Events and Operations teams
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety within event spaces and storage areas
