Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £32,831.93 per annum, compromising of a base annual rate of £30,959.93 plus a qualified estimate of £1,872 gratuities per annum.

The Meetings & Events Team is at the heart of the Belfry’s reputation as a world class destination for conferences, celebrations and unforgettable experiences. About the role
As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be a key link between our clients and the operational teams across the resort. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings and events, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and professionally. As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, your duties include:
- Coordinating meetings and events from confirmation through to delivery
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Preparing function sheets and event documentation accurately and on time
- Conducting site visits and supporting show rounds where required
