Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £27,435.20 per annum, compromising of a base annual rate of £26,436.80 plus a qualified estimate of £998.40 gratuities per annum.

Our Greenkeeping team ensures every fairway, green, and bunker meets the exacting standards expected by golfers from around the world. The Gardening team brings the resort to life, crafting and maintaining beautiful landscapes that guests love to explore. Behind the scenes, our skilled Mechanics keep the machinery running smoothly, powering the work that makes our courses exceptional.
About the role
As a Golf Course Labourer, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our golf courses, helping to ensure they meet the highest standards expected at The Belfry. As a Golf Course Labourer, your duties will include:
- Assisting with the daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas
- Operating and maintaining a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided where required)
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas
