Joining the sales team offers a dynamic and fulfilling experience, recognised as the Best Sales and Marketing Team. The team specialises in conference and events sales, special events, and golf sales, offering diverse opportunities.
In this role you will be responsible for the booking and planning of Weddings, Social Events, and Corporate Dinners. You will be contracted for 40 hours per week, including 1-2 Saturdays per month. Your roles and responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients at all times
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Undertaking day to day enquiry handling and event co-ordination, ensuring The Belfry standards are maintained
- Communication with the Meeting and Events team to create fantastic experiences
- Achieving individual and team conversion targets
- Arranging and conducting show arounds, showing The Belfry's facilities to their full potential
The ideal candidate will be:
- Methodical - accurate & ability to work on own initiative, with outstanding attention to detail
- Computer literate, with experience of hotel PMS, i.e. Delphi & Daylight
- Guest focused and enthusiastic, with excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and capable of working well within a team
