Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is ÂŁ55,360 per annum, comprising a base salary of ÂŁ53,580 plus a qualified estimate of ÂŁ1,780.
About The Role
As IT Manager, you will lead and oversee the resort’s IT infrastructure, systems and cyber security within a large, fast‑paced, 24/7 hospitality environment. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role, requiring a visible presence across the resort and close collaboration with operational teams.
Duties
- Managing day‑to‑day IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi and business‑critical systems
- Overseeing endpoint and mobile device management across Windows, Android and iOS
- Owning cyber security, patching, backup, recovery and compliance initiatives
- Managing IT suppliers, contracts, procurement and budgets
- Supporting infrastructure projects, service improvements and business continuity planning
- Leading the IT Service Desk and in‑house IT Technician
- Recommending and guiding the ongoing IT roadmap
About You
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced IT professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead technology in a complex operational environment. You will bring:
- Strong technical expertise across networking, servers, firewalls, virtualisation and cyber security
- Experience creating and implementing IT policies and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the confidence to manage multiple priorities
- Experience delivering IT or infrastructure projects and working with third‑party suppliers
