The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a People Advisor to support our people strategy and cultivate a positive workplace culture. You’ll advise on employee relations, learning and development, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing while partnering with The People Manager to drive HR functions from training to compliance.

You’ll contribute to a multi‑award‑winning team at our iconic destination, delivering training sessions and supporting wellbeing and recognition programs.
