Salary: The on target earning potential for this role is £13.41 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 gratuities per hour. Rates include additional pay for late night hours, between 12am – 6am.
About The Role: Successful candidates will be required to work weekends, and the shifts will be from 11pm – 7:30am. Your duties include all those of a bartender and room service attendant:
- To welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end
- To confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
- To take orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met
- To take orders and payments at rooms across the resort
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
About You: Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel; they're the foundation of our culture and the essence of who we are.
