Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £30,959.93 per annum, plus service charge.

The Meetings & Events Team

The Meetings & Events Team is at the heart of the Belfry’s reputation as a world class destination for conferences, celebrations and unforgettable experiences. From corporate meetings and exhibitions to weddings and special occasions, the team works closely with clients and operational departments to ensure every event runs seamlessly. Attention to detail, organisation and outstanding communication are key, as this team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences that exceed guest expectations every time.

About the role

As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be a key link between our clients and the operational teams across the resort. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings and events, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and professionally.

Your duties include:

  • Coordinating meetings and events from confirmation through to delivery
  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
  • Preparing function sheets and event documentation accurately and on time
  • Conducting site visits and supporting show rounds where required
