The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel, home to 300+ luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, events and meetings spaces, a leisure club and spa. The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and fitness classes.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £13.21, compromising of a base salary £12.62 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities.
About The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the swimming pool and surrounding leisure facilities. The Lifeguard will maintain constant supervision, respond swiftly to emergencies, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company standards and health & safety legislation. It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
