Salary

The on target earning potential for this role is £13.41 per hour, compromising of a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 gratuities per hour.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant in Sams Bar & Kitchen, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience, delivering friendly, efficient and engaging service.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner

Delivering a great experience from beginning to end

Confidently talking through menus, drinks and promotions

Taking orders and proactively ensuring guest needs are met

Supporting the bar team with service and preparation

Working flexibly across outlets when required to support the wider resort
