The Belfry Hotel & Resort is recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to be the first point of contact for ER matters across the resort. You will provide timely, professional advice and support People Advisors and managers, ensuring cases are handled in line with legislation and policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing ER cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance)
  • Delivering training
  • Maintaining case records
  • Contributing to process improvements while upholding discretion
