We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort with a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and more.

About The Role

We have full time and zero hour contracts available for this role. This role supports the Meetings and Events team by ensuring all rooms are set up for conferences and dinners to departmental standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring event rooms are set up to hotel standard and as per the event sheets
• Ensuring all setup details on function sheets/BEO are carried out and questioned if required
• Ensuring conference rooms not in use are cleaned down and presented for show rounds
• Keeping storerooms clean and tidy at all times
• Clearing and cleaning back of house areas including kitchens and Still areas at the end of the shift
• Following company H&S procedures while setting rooms and moving furniture
• Working hours range from 6pm to 5am, Monday to Sunday
