The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel with 300+ bedrooms and suites, multiple restaurants and bars, events and meetings spaces, a leisure club and spa. It features three golf courses, including The Brabazon, and hosts events such as this year’s Betfred British Masters. The resort has undergone a major expansion and renovation, including The Masters Suite, a new event space, 149 additional bedrooms, and a state-of-the-art leisure club.

About the Role
This role is contracted at 21 hours, working 3 days out of 7, with approximate working hours from 2:30pm to 10:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Lead a shift from the floor, briefing and directing the housekeeping team
- Act as a Supreme Housekeeper when required, cleaning to high standards as business needs dictate
- Hands-on approach to housekeeping, demonstrating, training, and leading the team
- People management: persuasive, inspiring, and helping team members reach their potential
- Monitor and manage room readiness (Q) and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and readiness
- Stock control and organization across blocks; cleanliness of block public spaces and guest rooms/corridors
- Standards testing and regular quality checks of all areas
- Train new and existing staff; attend and lead departmental briefings
- Coordinate with other hotel departments; action guest feedback (ReviewPro, etc.)

Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £14,327.04 per year, comprising a base salary of £13,682.76 plus an estimated £644.28 in gratuities per annum.
