About the role

This role is a 40-hour contract working 5 days out of 7

Working as aGolf Operations Assistant your main duties are to provide excellent service tocustomers within all functions of the Golf Operation and to support the GolfOperation Management team in the smooth running of the Derby, PGA National andfamous- Brabazon Golf Course, whilst maximising all revenue opportunities.

You will alsobe responsible for:

  • To undertake and complete starter duties and ranger duties to ensure the smooth running of the Golf Operation on a daily basis
  • To operate the Golf course shuttle bus, Bag Store and Bag Drop facility as and when necessary
  • To deal with customer enquires and queries in a polite and professional manner
  • To have an understanding and awareness of the resort and promote The Belfry and facilities to customers at every opportunity
  • To maximise revenue and departmental targets to increase revenue for the golf operation
