About the role
As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be a key link between our clients and the operational teams across the resort. You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of meetings and events, ensuring every detail is managed accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings and events from confirmation through to delivery
- Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Preparing function sheets and event documentation accurately and on time
- Conducting site visits and supporting show rounds where required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in meetings, events, hospitality or a customer-focused environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication with clients and internal teams

Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £32,831.93 per annum, comprising a base annual rate of £30,959.93 plus a qualified estimate of £1,872 gratuities per annum.
