The Finance Team is the engine room of the resort, keeping every number accurate, every process controlled, and every department supported. Their work helps every team deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. About the role: The on-target earning potential for this role is £33,600 – £38,600 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £32,000 – £37,000 plus a qualified estimate of £1,600 gratuities per annum. This role is key to maintaining strong financial control across the resort. As Accounts Receivable Manager, you will lead the AR team and ensure revenue is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Your duties include:
- Ensuring accurate revenue recognition and strong financial control
- Leading, developing and supporting the AR team
- Managing daily AR tasks including event billing, revenue reporting and reconciliations
- Completing monthly and year end AR and payment reconciliations and supporting the external audit process
- Acting as the Resort’s Credit Controller, ensuring timely collection of payments
- Working with sales, operations and IT to maintain effective processes and minimise financial risk
- Supporting system upgrades and process improvements
About you: Be an experienced AR specialist or credit controller with strong systems and reconciliation skills. Communicate clearly with internal teams and external clients. Be confident working with multiple financial and operational systems.
