Salary
The on‑target earning potential for this role is £28,793.66 per annum, comprising a base annual rate of £27,129.66 plus a qualified estimate of £1,664 in gratuities per annum.
About the role
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, your duties include:
- Leading shifts within Rocca’s to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Acting as a role model on the floor, delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Supporting the training, coaching and development of Food & Beverage Assistants
- Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
