Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service at the Golf Academy desk, handling bookings, payments, and enquiries.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the driving range, including opening/closing procedures.
  • Operate and maintain ball collection equipment to keep full stock available.
  • Promote academy services and upsell to maximise revenue.
  • Follow all procedures, health & safety guidelines, and complete required checklists.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, punctuality, and equipment care.
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed.

About You

You will be a well‑rounded team player, with a can‑do attitude and eye on the commercials. You will also have the following:

  • A good working knowledge of golf equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess swing dynamics and equipment needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
