The Role - Community Care Worker (5 Days per Week):

We are recruiting dedicated Community Care Workers to support individuals living in Honiton and the surrounding rural villages. You’ll work five days per week, including alternate weekends, with a rotating shift pattern that supports a healthy balance of morning and evening availability.

Shift Pattern:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm
  • Evening Shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

You’ll need the capability and flexibility to cover a variety of morning and evening shifts throughout the week. Your role will help people remain independent in the homes and communities they love.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Warm, respectful personal care
  • Support with meals, medication and daily living
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Reliable companionship
  • Simple electronic visit notes using the Beehive Care app
