Waiting Staff - Shrewsbury
Welcome to The Beefy Boys, the burger empire of your dreams - where the patties are juicy, the buns are fresh. We\'re a fast-paced, rapidly growing burger joint on a mission to become the greatest burger restaurant in the entire galaxy.
We\'ve spent years delving deep into the world of burgers. For us, there\'s no such thing as a "just a cheeseburger." Oh no, we\'re talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that\'ll have you questioning your entire existence.
Now, we\'re on the hunt for Waiting Staff who are ready to dive in, have a blast, and serve up some seriously epic burgers with a smile! If you\'ve got the energy to keep the vibe high, make sure every customer is having a great time, and help the team keep things running smoothly, then we want YOU! No need to be stressed - just bring your enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a love for good times. You\'ll be part of the crew, making sure the restaurant stays buzzing and our guests leave happy (and totally stuffed)!
What You Need:
- Be a Team Player: You\'ll keep things fun by working together with the team to make sure everything\'s running smoothly. Bring the good vibes, keep the energy high, and make sure everyone\'s having a great time!
- Customer Vibes: You\'ll make sure every guest feels like they\'re at a mate\'s BBQ - from greeting them with a smile to making sure their food and drinks are just right. It\'s all about keeping things laid-back and fun!
- Keep Things Moving: You\'ll help out where needed, keeping things flowing and making sure customers are happy. Whether it\'s running food or chatting with guests, you\'ll help keep the pace just right.
- Support the Crew: You\'ll be there for your teammates when they need a hand. Whether you\'re jumping in to help deliver a meal or making sure drinks are topped up, you\'ve got the crew\'s back!
- Get It Done: It can get busy, but you\'ll stay calm and keep things moving. With a positive attitude and a focus on fun, you\'ll help make sure everything runs smoothly!
What You\'ll Get:
- 28 Days Paid Holiday: Time to relax, recharge, and take a well-deserved break.
- Company Pension Contributions: We\'ve got your future covered with pension contributions so you can kick back and relax later in life!
- Free Food: Enjoy free food every shift! Because what\'s better than stuffing your face with amazing burgers?
- Room to Grow: We\'re growing fast, and there\'s plenty of opportunity for you to climb the ladder and advance in your career.
- Discounted Dinner: Bring your mates along and enjoy discounted meals. Great food, great company, and even better prices!
