With a welcoming smile, you’ll manage the flow like a pro, making sure everyone feels like VIPs, no matter how busy it gets. You’ll optimize every square inch of the floor plan, getting guests seated with speed and precision, while making sure the atmosphere stays as lit as the grill. Your goal? Make sure no one’s waiting too long and everyone’s having the best time possible, no matter what the numbers say!
• Lead the Charge: At your site, you’ll be the one bringing the team together – recruiting, onboarding, and training them to be their best. You’ll inspire them to bring their A-game every day, leading by example and keeping the energy high, all while ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Customer Service Excellence: We treat every customer like they’re your mate coming over for a BBQ. From keeping drinks full to making sure the food is always on point, you’ll keep the vibe fun and make sure everyone leaves happy!
• Financial Savvy: Keep an eagle eye on the numbers – from maximizing sales to reviewing labour costs, you’ll ensure the business is running efficiently and profitably.
• Operational Management: If something’s broken, can you fix it? Whether it’s managing food wait times or handling customer expectations, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Boss: You’ll stay on top of stock levels, know what’s in the walk-in, and ensure that all deliveries arrive as expected. You’ll know exactly who to call if something’s missing!
• Team Performance & Development: You’re great at recognizing talent and providing feedback. You’ll support your team to grow, celebrate their successes, and help them improve where needed.
