Responsibilities
- Be a Team Player: You’ll help keep the vibe high by supporting the team, making sure everyone’s feeling motivated, and leading by example.
- Opening & Closing Pro: You’ll take charge of opening and closing the restaurant, making sure everything is set up for a smooth start and locked down properly at the end of the day.
- Customer Service Pro: At Beefy Boys, we treat every customer like a mate at a BBQ. You’ll help make sure everyone’s having a good time.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: You’ll assist with managing the flow of service, keeping things moving even when it gets hectic.
- Keep the Team on Point: You’ll support the team throughout the shift, making sure everyone’s working together to deliver great service.
