What You Need:- Step into the GM’s Shoes: When the General Manager’s away, you’ll step up to oversee all service areas – from the bar to the kitchen and everything in between. You’ll keep the team firing on all cylinders, ensuring smooth operations across the board.
- Team Support & Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service. Be the go‑to person when the team needs guidance, support, or a little bit of cheerleading!
- Customer Service Excellence: We treat every customer like they’re your mate coming over for a BBQ. You’ll help make sure drinks stay full, food stays fresh, and everyone is having a great time.
