The Beefy Boys in Exeter is looking for a head chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen. You will hire, coach and develop the team, and own food safety, ordering, suppliers, GP and waste. You’ll work with the GM to ensure the kitchen and floor operate as one team, leading from the line rather than an office role.
You’ll be motivated by consistency, hands-on cooking, and delivering the best burgers. The role offers a 45-hour contract with a competitive base salary and bonus structure.
