What You’ll Be Doing:
- Health & Safety Captain: As GM, you’ll be the one leading the charge when it comes to keeping everything safe and sound. From ensuring the kitchen’s spotless to making sure every team member follows food safety standards like a pro, you’ll make sure we’re always on point. No shortcuts allowed – you’ll ensure we’re delivering top-quality, safe food every time while keeping the place running smoothly and the team firing on all cylinders.
- Leading the Team: You’ll be the captain of our crew, recruiting, onboarding, training, and inspiring a team that’s as passionate about burgers as we are! You’ll show them the ropes and make sure everyone’s having a blast while hitting those goals.
