Welcome to The Beefy Boys, where the burgers are huge, the vibes are loud, and average simply isn’t on the menu. We’re obsessed with burgers. Not “just cheeseburgers”, we’re talking thick 6oz steakhouse beasts, crispy smashburgers, filthy Oklahoma-style patties, and flavour combinations people travel miles for. What started as a passion for ridiculously good burgers has grown into one of the UK’s most exciting burger brands, and we’re only getting started. Now we’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Duty Manager to help keep the good times rolling.

If you thrive in fast‑paced hospitality, love working with people, and can keep calm while the kitchen’s flying and the tickets are stacking up, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. This isn’t about wearing a suit and barking orders, it’s about leading from the front, bringing great energy to every shift, supporting the team, and helping create unforgettable guest experiences every single day.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
  • Tronc Share – Great service deserves great rewards, so you’ll earn extra cash on top of your pay.

  • Real Progression Opportunities – We’re growing fast across the UK, and we love promoting from within.
  • Discounted Food for You & Your Mates – Because burger nights should never break the bank.
  • Epic Staff Summer Festival – Good food, good music, good people, good chaos.
  • Team Away Days – Packed with laughs, bonding, and unforgettable memories.
  • 28 Days Paid Holiday – Time to rest, recharge, and live your best life.
  • Company Pension Contributions – Future you will thank you.
  • Be Part of Something Exciting – Join one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most talked-about burger brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the Shift – You’ll help keep every shift running smoothly by supporting the kitchen, bar, and floor teams while keeping the energy high and the service flowing.
  • Opening & Closing the Restaurant – You’ll take charge of opening and closing procedures, making sure the restaurant is set up, stocked, clean, organised, and ready to go.
  • Delivering Amazing Guest Experiences – At Beefy Boys, we treat every guest like they’re hanging out at the best BBQ around.
  • Keeping Operations Running Smoothly – You’ll help manage the flow of service, solve problems quickly, and keep things running smoothly even when the restaurant is absolutely buzzing.
  • Supporting & Motivating the Team – You’ll be the person the team can rely on during hectic services, helping keep morale high, supporting newer team members, and making sure everyone works together to deliver brilliant food and great service.
  • Staying Calm Under Pressure – Hospitality moves fast, but you’ll thrive in the chaos.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a hospitality supervisory, team leader, or management role.
  • A positive, energetic personality that lifts the whole team.
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • A hands‑on attitude, no standing around watching from the sidelines.
  • Confidence with opening and closing procedures.
  • Passion for amazing food, brilliant customer service, and creating great team culture.
  • Someone calm under pressure who can think on their feet and keep the good vibes rolling.
