Now, we’re on the hunt for a Sous Chef with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can support our Head Chef in serving up world-class burgers, even when the smash hits the pan. Responsibilities

• Step into the Head Chef’s Shoes: When the Head Chef’s off-duty, you’ll take the reins and run the kitchen like it’s yours. You’ll make sure every dish is cooked to perfection, while keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and tight on health and safety standards. You’ll ensure the crew stays on point and the vibe stays high while we pump out top-quality food, no matter what.
• People Skills Like a Boss: You’ll be the leader of the pack—recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, and lead from the front.
• Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We’re not just serving burgers; we’re aiming for excellence. If a burger isn’t a top-quality 10/10, it won’t go out.
• Operational Wizardry: Can you fix it if it’s broken? Can you manage food wait times and keep customers smiling? If you’ve got the magic touch for finding solutions, we’re all in.
• Stock and Supply Guru: You’re on top of every ingredient, every sauce, and every bun. You know what’s in the walk-in, and who to call if something goes AWOL.
• People Developer Extraordinaire: Tough love is your secret weapon. You’re great at having those “real talk” moments, celebrating the rockstars, and pushing them to be the best version of themselves.
