That’s where you come in.
We are looking for a Bar Manager who has plenty of enthusiasm for running a busy bar and creating memorable experiences for our guests, even when the grease hits the fan!
Responsibilities:- Menu Mastery: You’ll be the ultimate drink guru – we’re not just slinging drinks, we’re serving up experiences that’ll blow minds. Whether it’s a classic cocktail or one of our killer creations, every drink you serve has to be a 10/10. You’ll know the menu inside and out and make sure each sip is pure perfection!
- Team leadership: You’ll lead a talented bar team, making sure the drinks are flowing smoothly and our service is as fast as our patties are flipping.
- Customer experience: Ensure that every guest has an unforgettable time, whether they’re in for a casual pint or a celebratory cocktail.
- Stock Management & Site GP Oversight: You’ll ensure the bar is always fully stocked with everything we need, plus those secret ingredients that keep our cocktails fresh and exciting. You’ll also lead monthly audits to keep track of stock levels and ensure we’re hitting site GP targets, maximizing efficiency while keeping things running smoothly.
- Training & Development: Share your bar expertise and make sure the team’s skills are top-notch, always with a focus on creating the best drinks in town.
- Health & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making sure our bar is always ready for the next rush.
- Problem solving: When things get hectic (because they will), you’ll keep your cool and find quick solutions with a smile and a cocktail shaker in hand.
