Team Leader – Residential Childcare | Northampton

£14.75 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

40 hours per week (3 shifts + 1 sleep-in)

Your Role as Team Leader

  • Lead & Inspire – Support and guide a team to deliver outstanding care
  • Make a Difference – Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Create Stability – Ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment
  • Be Hands-On – From activities and outings to daily routines, you’ll be fully involved

  • Experience working with young people with EBD
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Resilience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
  • Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care
  • Flexibility for shifts, weekends & sleep-ins
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
