Team Leader – Residential Childcare | Northampton
£14.75 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in
40 hours per week (3 shifts + 1 sleep-in)

About Us
At The Beeches UK, we provide a therapeutic, nurturing environment for young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our mission is simple: Help every young person feel safe, valued, and supported to thrive.
Your Role as Team Leader
- Lead & Inspire – Support and guide a team to deliver outstanding care
- Make a Difference – Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Create Stability – Ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment
- Be Hands-On – From activities and outings to daily routines, you’ll be fully involved
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young people with EBD
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Resilience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
- Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends & sleep-ins
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
