We’re hiring a Registered Manager for Children’s Homes in Northampton (NN1). Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take on an exciting opportunity and be rewarded for delivering excellence? We’re looking for a driven and ambitious leader to oversee one of our children’s homes in Northampton, with a strong focus on achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes and driving high-performance teams.

About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will take full accountability for the leadership, compliance, and performance of the home. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards, maintain full Ofsted compliance, and create an environment where young people can thrive and progress towards independence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children’s home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential Care)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings
- Experience managing teams and driving performance across services
- Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care
