Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis.

This includes preparing residents for their day or night, assisting with established routines, and delivering an exceptional level of care and support at all times.

During each shift, a senior in charge and a supportive management team will be available to support you.

Responsibilities

  • Record all resident activity accurately (training will be provided).
