The Beeches Residential Home provides long term care for adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. We deliver a specialised service to support service users to live independent and fulfilling lives.
We are recruiting for:
- Post: Permanent / Based in Ballynahinch
- Salary: £13.75 per hour
- Hours: Full-time Rota to be discussed at interview.
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year
Role: To work as part of the caring team providing high quality care and support in a residential setting to adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. You will supervise and direct the work of a cottage-based support worker team.
