We are seeking applications for the post of Care Assistant for our Nursing Home in Aghalee Co. Antrim. The Care Assistant position is about caring for adults with a learning disability in a Private Nursing Home. To actively support residents living in the Nursing Home under the supervision and direction of senior staff and as part of the caring team.
Job roles available: Full time/Part Time Care Assistant Days/Nights this includes weekend work. A full job description and specification will be provided with our application form. Permanent and temporary posts available.
Essential criteria: Good communication skills are essential and the ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable criteria: Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) registration. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
