The service provides long term accommodation and housing support to adults with a learning disability. A dedicated staff team support tenants to live independently in their local community.We ensure that our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to deliver specialist care and support and we offer active learning opportunities and career progression. We are seeking a female candidate for this role due to a Genuine Occupational Qualification (GOQ) under the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976. This role involves working alone and closely with a female service user and other service users in their home. Sleepover will occur within the home where the gender of the employee is a necessary and legitimate requirement.
