The Beeches Professional and Therapeutic Services Ltd is seeking applications for the post of REGISTERED NURSE MANAGER for our NURSING HOME in Aghalee Co. Antrim. This is an exceptional service with an excellent reputation and strong connections in the local community. The service is a 41 bedded registered Nursing Home for adults with a learning disability. We provide specialised care to our residents reflected in the high quality of the environment and the experienced, dedicated and highly motivated staff team.

This post is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced manager to take charge of a fantastic home, and highly skilled staff team.

Essential Criteria

  • Is a first level nurse with current registration on Part 1 of the NMC Register;
  • Has at least 5 years post-qualification experience, 2 of which have been in a similar care setting within the last 5 years;
  • Has at least 2 years experience, within the last 5 years, in a similar care setting providing nursing care to the main client group accommodated within the home;
  • Has a management qualification or 2 years relevant managerial experience at Band 6 level (or suitable equivalent), gained within the last 5 years.
