Overview

Receptionist Clerical Assistant role at THE BEECHES PROFESSIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES LIMITED.

The Beeches Residential Home is a residential home specialising in providing the highest quality care to adults with a learning disability who display behaviours that challenge services. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant (Maternity Cover) 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception service and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visitors to the Home.

Job Details

  • Post: Temporary / Based in Ballynahinch
  • Salary: NLW
  • Hours: Part time 16 hours per week, Monday & Tuesday
  • Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata

Requirements

You will be flexible, reliable, well organised. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Work accuracy and attention to detail. Well-developed interpersonal skills, tact, discretion and confidentiality.

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs Grades A to C including Maths and English or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Access.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Typing skills or qualifications
  • Receptionist experience
  • Experience with MS Office products Office 2016, 2019, Office 365 (Home or Business)
