About The Role
This position is within the technical team and based in the production hall carrying out all checks and paperwork during production. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within the wider team and have good time management skills and prioritising tasks.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 06:30am–16:30pm (includes 30 minutes paid lunch break).
- Friday: 06:30am–15:00pm (includes 30 minutes paid lunch break).
Hours may be variable dependent on business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report directly and escalate all issues to QA supervisor.
- Completion of all factory paperwork accurately within the designated production hall.
- Completion of CCP checks – metal detection.
- Responsible that all correct procedures are followed in production.
- Verification of all packaging, batch details of materials used, allergen segregation in the production hall.
- Support QA supervisor with swabbing where required.
- Support QA supervisor with audits where required.
- Support technical team with additional tasks where required.
- Support site for customer and third-party audits.
