The Bedford Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced Night Porter to join its exceptional team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Belfast's newly opened boutique hotels.

With 82 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a destination restaurant, café/bar, and exclusive private dining rooms, The Bedford Hotel Belfast is setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager on duty with the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel remains secure.
- Support all night operations, ensuring effective communication with the manager on duty to assist with a smooth handover between day and night teams.
- Work as part of a team to maintain standards and efficiently complete tasks throughout the shift.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and any late-night enquiries or issues, as required.
- Assist with elements of cash handling and night audit procedures, as requested.
- Complete tasks as required to ensure that the hotel is ready for the next day's operations.
- Assist the manager on duty in handling any incidents or emergencies calmly and efficiently, following company policy.
- Support food and beverage service overnight, where necessary.
Key Requirements:
