Role Responsibilities:
- As a Kitchen Porter, you'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas by following established procedures each day set by the Head Chef.
- You'll have a positive mentality and can-do attitude supporting the rest of the Kitchen Team with any tasks as required.
- To work the sections, ensuring that pot-wash standards are dealt with efficiently and to the best of your ability, always ensuring the utmost cleanliness.
- Display efficient working practices and ensure all the kitchen, utensils, cookware, and crockery are properly cleaned in a timely manner.
- Support the Head Chef with stock taking and storage of stock, including checking deliveries.
- To assist in ensuring a high level of Health.
