The Bedford Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its exceptional team.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Belfast's most recent boutique hotel openings.

The Bedford Hotel Belfast is a prestigious boutique hotel set within the iconic Scottish Mutual Building in the heart of the city.

With 82 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a destination restaurant, café/bar, and exclusive private dining, The Bedford Hotel Belfast is setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.

Role Responsibilities You will support the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of the kitchen.

You will take responsibility for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

You will assist in the training and development of team members, and take ownership of your section, contributing to the achievement of budgeted food gross profit while upholding the highest culinary standards.

Ensure all food is prepared, presented and served to a high standard and in keeping with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Ensure that your section is ran efficiently, whilst maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen operation.

Ensure ordering is accurate and all fridges, freezers and all food storage is stock rotated.

Follow the specifications set out by the Head Chef to ensure consistency.

Support the Head Chef in implementing and developing all new menus.

Ensure that you are correctly dressed and adhere to high personal hygiene standards.

Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.

Key Requirements Previous experience working in a hotel kitchen as a Chef De Partie.

Solid understanding of kitchen operations and different cooking techniques.

Passion for high-quality, fresh, seasonal food.

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
