Role Responsibilities: As a Concierge at The Bedford Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalised assistance and ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalised, professional first impression.
- Assist guests with all enquiries including directions, transport, dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Ensure you have a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest, special events, and where further information can be obtained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and taxi services.
- Support front-of-house operations and ensure smooth daily running.
- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Food.
