The Bedford Hotel Belfast is seeking an experienced and passionate Reservations Manager to join its exceptional team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Belfast’s most recent luxury hotel openings.

Who We Are: The Bedford Hotel is a prestigious boutique hotel in the heart of Belfast, set within the iconic Scottish Mutual Building. With 82 luxury bedrooms, a destination restaurant, cafe bar and private dining rooms, we are setting new standards for hospitality in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department ensuring all bookings are handled promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Manage individual group and corporate reservations across all channels including direct, online and third-party platforms.
  • Foster a productive and collaborative team culture.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory and monitor demand patterns.
  • Maintain high standard of guest communication ensuring reservation confirmations, pre-arrival requests and special requirements are handled efficiently.
  • Produce regular reports on booking patterns, pick-up pace and conversion rate.
