Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/out procedures, room allocations and billing accuracy
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to enhance the guest journey
- Lead, train, motivate the front office team
- Implement and uphold brand standards and SOPs for front office operations
- Maximise room revenue through effective upselling and yield management strategies
