What You'll Do
- Teach practical sessions on our working farm and in modern agricultural facilities

What We Need From You
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Care, or related agricultural field
- At least 3 years' recent work experience in agriculture, farming, or land management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (we'll pay for these)
- A positive attitude that fits our values: teamwork, always improving, putting students first, being inclusive, and caring
