Location: Tresham College – Kettering Campus
Salary is between £33,048 and £38,169 per annum (Pro‑Rata) based on experience and qualifications. 45 days annual leave (Pro‑Rata) plus Bank holidays, Teacher’s Pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, and access to college courses.
Hours/Weeks: 15 hours per week – 40 weeks per year
Contract Type: Permanent – Term Time / Part Time

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Pathways to join our Specialist Provision department at The Bedford College Group. As a Lecturer, you will play an important role in the success of our students through:
- Specialist SEND Curriculum Delivery – Design and deliver specialist Pathways provision for learners with SEND, including small‑group teaching, Preparing for Adulthood programmes, and entry‑level English and maths qualifications.
