Salary: £33,048 – £38,169 per annum (pro‑rata), plus up to £10,000 market supplement.

About The Role
- Teaching, Learning & Technical Delivery: Deliver high‑quality teaching, assessment and verification across Technical and Professional programmes from Level 3 to HNC, supporting learner achievement and progression.
- Curriculum Planning & Course Management: Contribute to course design, assessment planning and internal verification processes, ensuring programmes meet awarding body and college requirements.
- Student Progress, Intervention & Support: Monitor learner progress, set aspirational targets and implement timely interventions to ensure all students achieve or exceed expectations.
- Data Management, Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate student records, manage qualification processes and ensure compliance with systems such as ProMonitor, EBS and awarding body requirements.
- Professional Practice, Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work collaboratively with course teams, contribute to quality assurance and external verification, and uphold safeguarding, EDI, health & safety and CPD standards.
About You
- Qualifications & Construction Expertise: Level 4 qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, supported by industry experience and strong understanding of curriculum models and FE delivery.
- Teaching, Learning & Student Experience: Proven ability to deliver high‑quality learning experiences, supporting diverse learners to achieve success and progress within technical education.
- Communication, IT & Professional Practice: Strong communication skills, confidence using Microsoft Office, engaging effectively with students, staff and stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.
- Teamwork, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Experience working collaboratively to meet targets and deadlines, with a proactive approach to updating skills and contributing to team success.
- Professional Values, Safeguarding & Flexibility: Committed to safeguarding, equality and health & safety, with flexibility to work across sites and undertake further development including teaching qualifications.
